National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) invites applications for recruitment of Scientist, Data Entry Operator, Technical Officer and Various Posts in Chennai. Last date for application is 20th May 2016.
Scientist ‘C’ (Medical)
Educational Qualification:MBBS degree recognized by MCI or equivalent degree from recognized University with 4 year s R&D/Teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS Degree Or Post graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) with one year R&D/teaching experience or Postgraduate diploma in medical subjects with two years R&D/teaching experience in the required subject from recognized university.
Pay Scale:Rs.59,108/- + HRA 10207/- p.m.
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Data Entry Operator Grade B
Educational Qualification:+2 in Science stream with Maths as a subject froma recognized Board or DOEACC A level from recognized Institute 2 year’s relevant experience in govt/autonomous/psu or recognized Institute or Graduate in Computer Application/IT/Computer science from a recognized Institute. Data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer to qualify skill test.
Pay Scale:Rs.17,040/- pm.
Age Limit:not exceeding 35 years.
Project Technical Officer / Lab NGS and MGIT
Educational Qualification:3 years Graduate degree in Life sciences+ two years experience in the related field. Desirable Qualification: Masters in life sciences. Experience in molecular biology lab for 2 years, Knowledge of computer application.
Pay Scale:Rs.29,607/- pm.
Age Limit:not exceeding 30 years.
Project Technical Assistant / Field
Educational Qualification:Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma in medical lab technology and 2 year’s relevant experience. Desirable Qualification: 1. Experience in field work and handling of data with interpretation of it. 2. Knowledge of computer.
Pay Scale:Rs.28,755/- pm.
Age Limit:not exceeding 30 years.
Project Accounts Assistant
Educational Qualification:Commerce Graduate from a recognized university, with 2 year’s relevant experience. Desirable Qualification: Should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS Word, Excel and simple statistical packages.
Pay Scale:Rs.29,607/- pm.
Age Limit:not exceeding 30 years.
Project Technician
Educational Qualification:10th or equivalent from a recognized board with one year DMLT Certificate from a Government recognized Institute or one year laboratory / field/clinical experience or working in a Govt. Laboratory/Govt. recognized Institution. Desirable Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with two years experience in Diagnostics Laboratory, experience in GCLP and Mycobacteriology laboratory work.
Pay Scale:Rs.16,188/- pm.
Age Limit:not exceeding 28 years.
Staff Nurse
Educational Qualification:Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent & registered as Nurse or ANM with any State Nursing Council. Desirable Qualification: B.Sc Nursing with one year of Experience in Research Institute
Pay Scale:Rs.28,773/- pm.
Age Limit:not exceeding 28 years.
Project Administrative Assistant
Educational Qualification:Graduate from a recognized university with 2 year’s relevant experience. Desirable Qualification: Should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS Word, and Excel
