Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. Recognized University/ Institute with Post Graduate Diploma /Degree in Construction Management.
25 to 30 years of experience in Government / PSU having solid project management experience in the areas of Construction of Infrastructure / PMC / EPC / RE projects. Candidate should have experience in the area of supervision, execution, maintenance, billing of construction projects. Candidate should possess sound knowledge on Project/town planning, monitoring and execution, contract administration, resource planning and adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with best quality standards, etc. Must be conversant with computerized working.
