Educational Qualification:Masters degree / two years P G Diploma in Personnel Management / H.R. from any recognised University / Institute. Desirable: Knowledge of rules / regulations relating to academic activities, modern management practices, familiarity with the use of computers.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs. 37,400-67,000 + Grade Pay Rs.8,700/-
Age Limit:55 years.

Personal Secretary
Educational Qualification: Graduate with proficiency in shorthand (120 wpm) and typing 50 (wpm). Candidate should be able to handle word processor, conversant with Secretarial practice or passed stenographers examination conducted by staff selection commission or any other institution recognised for the purpose. Desirable: Knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations, computer application/ management information system.
Pay Scale: (PB-2) Rs.9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs.4,600/-
Age Limit:30 years.
