Candidates Should have Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Desirable: (i) Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, recognised course/training in Secretarial work. (ii) Persons having experience of work in an R&D Organization/Teaching Institute will be given preference. (iii) Knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations, computer application / management information system etc.
