National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation (NAFED) invites applications for recruitment of Law Officer in New Delhi. Last date for application is 7th June 2016.

Candidates Should have Passed Law Graduate from recognized Indian University.
Atleast 10 year’s experience in civil litigation pertaining to recovery of amounts due to financial institutions and corporations and active practice in District Courts / Debt Recovery Tribunal or Higher Courts or working in a legal capacity in any Government/semi-government organization / PSUs / Banks /National Level Cooperatives and well versed with all legal aspects. Applicants on the panel of Nationalized Banks for over 5 years and well versed in Debt Recovery Tribunal proceedings, banking rules for granting financial assistance, mortgaging of properties and instruments, personnel and service matters etc. will be given preference.
