1) Degree in Architecture or its equivalent. And 2) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Urban Design or its equivalent From recognized Institute.
At least 15 years of experience of handling works of Town Planning or Urban Design OR 10 years of handling work on responsible position, out of which at least 7 years of experience of handling work on the post equivalent to the level of Senior Planner.
