Metro Link Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (MEGA) Company Ltd invites applications for recruitment of Assistant General Manager (AGM), Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Gandhinagar. Last date for application is 20th May 2016.

  1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM) - 01

    Experience:10 years for AGM or 15 years for DGM

    Educational Qualification:Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical)/ (Electrical & Electronics) engineering graduate with minimum 10 years for AGM post or 15 years for DGM post and out of which about 5 years for AGM or 8 years for DGM having experience in planning, design, preparation of technical specification, administration of contracts, installation, testing, commissioning and statutory approvals of traction power works including receiving sub-stations, traction sub-station, auxiliary sub-station and power distribution works in construction projects of railways / metros/ other PSUs/ private sector dealing with electric traction system . Also he/she should be conversant with international competitive bidding process, computerized environment working and latest technologies in electric traction system etc. for underground/ elevated metro/rail projects in urban & suburban environment including consultancy works related to urban rail projects. Candidates with experience of working in modern urban metro rail systems with 750V DC third rail traction will be given preference.

    Pay Scale:Rs.75,000 to Rs.100,000/- per month for AGM or Rs. 90,000 to Rs.1,20,000/- per month for DGM.

    Age Limit:45 years for agm or 50 years for dgm.

  2. Deputy General Manager (Architecture) - 01

    Experience:15 years for DGM

    Educational Qualification:Candidate must be a B.Arch engineering graduate having minimum 15 years of experience and out of which minimum 3 years experience in planning of elevated/ underground Metro stations layouts, Metro Station Designs and checking conformity of station layout to NFPA standards. Candidates having experience of designing large number of elevated Metro stations which are in operation and management of contracts relating to the large infrastructure projects will be preferred. He / She should have exposure to use design software like CADD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit etc. Also he / she shall be conversant with the procedures for obtaining statutory clearance from local authorities.

    Pay Scale:Rs. 90,000 to Rs.1,20,000/- per month for DGM.

    Age Limit:50 years for dgm.

  3. Deputy General Manager (Track) - 01

    Experience:15 years for DGM

    Educational Qualification:Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Civil) engineering graduate having minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience, out of which 8 years in design and construction of Metro Rail / Railway track / track components procurement / planning construction and should be well versed with long welded design and specifications. Out of 8 years, minimum 3 years experience should be in Ballast less track.

    Pay Scale:Rs. 90,000 to Rs.1,20,000/- per month for DGM.

    Age Limit:50 years for dgm.

  4. Deputy General Manager (Design) - 01

    Experience:15 years for DGM

    Educational Qualification:Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Civil) engineering graduate having minimum 15 years of Post Qualification structural design experience, out of which 8 years in detailed structural design of Metro Viaduct, Pile Foundation, PSC Box Girders, I Girders, diaphragm walls for Metro Rail Viaducts and Stations.

    Pay Scale:Rs. 90,000 to Rs.1,20,000/- per month for DGM.

    Age Limit:50 years for dgm.

  5. Deputy General Manager (Human Resources) - 01

    Experience:15 years for DGM

    Educational Qualification:Candidate must be a full time Master Degree in MBA (HR) / MHRM with minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience in entire gamut of Human Resources Functions out of which he /she should have worked minimum 5 years above Manager cadre in large Infrastructure /Construction companies. Candidate shall be responsible for end-to-end Recruitments, Policy Formulation, Training & Development, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefit Administration, Statutory Compliances, Liaisoning with Government Bodies / NGO’s, legal matters, grievance redressal mechanisms, etc. Preference will be given to the professionals having experience of working with Government Companies / Boards or PSUs / Corporations.

    Pay Scale:Rs. 90,000 to Rs.1,20,000/- per month for DGM.

    Age Limit:50 years for dgm.
