Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) invites applications for recruitment of Trade Apprentices in Mumbai. Last date for application is 6th July 2016.
Rs.6695-8608/- Per Month
Electrician, Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Structural Fitter: The candidate should have Passed SSC in FIRST ATTEMPT with General Science & Mathematics i) Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / AFC / PH II ) Pass Class for SC/ST in First Attempt Only. iii) In the case of passing criteria is best of 5 subjects taken ,General Science & Mathematics Should be the Part of the Qualifying Board Curriculum & Candidate should have passed in First Attempt, Otherwise Application will be Rejected. Though the qualifying criteria are SSC, the candidates with Higher qualification may also apply. However, eligibility will be based on SSC marks qualification only Marine Painter, Electronic Mechanic, Carpenter, Fitter-Structural: Passed in first attempt in respective trades (i.e. ELECTRONIC MECHANIC / CARPENTER /MARINE PAINTER / FITTER) from Govt./ Govt. recognized Institute. i) Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC/ AFC / PH. ii) Pass Class for SC/ST in First Attempt Only. Applicants who are doing their Course under Semester Pattern are required to Pass their Last Semester in First Attempt Only & their training period should not be extended In case of Fitter-Structural Passed ITI in the trade of Fitter and in case of MARINE PAINTER, Carpenter & Electronic Mech. in the respective trades with the condition as stated above. ITI Passed Candidates Other Than Fitter, Marine Painter , Carpenter & Electronic Mechanic, Need not apply. Candidates appearing in the final exam of ITI can also apply but they are required to attach a copy of Bonafide certificate issued by Head of the Institution. Rigger, Welder: 8th Std. under (10 + 2) system Passed in the first attempt with Science & Mathematics. i) Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / AFC / PH ii) Pass Class for SC/ST in First Attempt Only. Though the qualifying criterion is 8th Std, the candidates with Higher qualification may also apply. However, eligibility will be based on 8th Std qualification only

The duly filled Application Form along with self attested photocopies of required certificates & MDL’s Challan Copy should reach on or Before 06th July 2016 (Wednesday) By 05:00 PM to the following Address Deputy General Manager (ATS/MET), Gate No.09, Alcock Yard, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, Dock Yard Road Mazagaon, Mumbai 400010. Candidates are also advised to write “Group Applied for (A/B/C):.......“ on the top of the Envelope. The Candidates should fill the Application in the prescribed Format in all respect.
