The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical or Electrical or Marine Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognised University/Institution. Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration(MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/Programme in Management(PGDM/PGPM), from a recognized University/Institution will be desirable.
The applicant should have cumulative experience of at least five years during the last ten years at senior level in a large organization of repute in management of large and complex projects turnkey projects, preferably with one year experience in preparation of Corporate Plans/Personnel/HR management.
