Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management like MBA (HR)/ Master of Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (MIPM&IR)/ Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)/ Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Equivalent Qualification - Additional Qualification like Degree in Law will be desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.44640-59840/- Per Month
