Possess consistently good academic record and Master of Fine Arts, the degree of a recognized University with at least 55% marks in any branch of Art and culture or an equivalent degree from an Indian or Foreign University. Possess minimum collective or exclusive experience of not less than 17 (seventeen) years in the field of teaching or in the administration of Art education or in the management of medium or large scale industry out of which minimum 3 (three) years must be as an administrator on a responsible position. Should have computer knowledge in the practical life.
