Post Graduate Degree in Hindi from a recognised University or equivalent. Desirable: i) Doctorate Degree in Hindi from recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of one of the Language other than Hindi mentioned in the eighth schedule of the constitution.
Five years experience in teaching Hindi at college or University level.
