Rs. 30,000/-p.m. + 10% HRA for first two years and Rs. 35,000/-p.m. + 10% HRA for third year
M.Tech (Optoelectronics) with minimum 55% or equivalent. (a relaxation of 5% marks will be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/ differently abled and other eligible categories Desirable Qualification : UGC-NET/JRF OR UGC-CSIR NET/JRF OR GATE OR KSCSTE Research Fellowship OR other research fellowships of Central and State Government departments /agencies
