The candidate should be conversant with the finalization of Corporate Accounts under the Companies Act /Rules, preferably in a Public Sector Undertaking. The candidate is also expected to possess adequate experience in dealing with taxation matters, VAT, Service Tax, liaison with Auditors, Government Auditors. The candidate should be able to perform the task in a fully computerized environment
