Post-Graduation from a recognized University. Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management of a recognized University or Institute.
15 years administrative experience under Central or State Government or in Central Government or State Government R&D Institutions, out of which 10 years must be in a senior officer’s capacity. Preference will be given to those having MBA or LLB or experience in R&D Institutions under Central / State Government / Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations of a recognized University or Institute.
