(i) Post-Graduation from a recognized University, (ii) Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable Qualifications: MBA/ LLB; Sound knowledge in modern computer applications plus e-Office, e- Accounting & e-Governance.
15 years administrative experience under Central/State Government or in Central/State R&D Institutions, out of which 10 years must be in a senior officer’s capacity.
