Candidate should have M.Sc. (First Division) in Biotechnology or related areas. The candidate must be CSIR-NET qualified and must have working experience in PCR, gene cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification techniques. Desirable: This project also requires rigorous work on mammalian cell culture. Preference will be given to candidates with MSc. In Biotechnology and having excellent first-hand experience in maintaining mammalian cells under standard tissue culture conditions, transfections and fluorescence microscopy imaging techniques.
