Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) invites applications for recruitment of Research Scientist B (Technical Support Staff) in Bangalore. Last date for application is 17th June 2016.
(PB-3) Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-, plus admissible allowances as per GOI norms with gross emoluments of approximately Rs.60,000/- per month.
The candidate should have B.Tech/M.Tech./ME/MCA or Ph.D. They must be strong in system administration of Linux computers in a multi-user environment. Candidates with B.Tech. /M.Sc./ MCA must have at least two years' experience of working on Linux administration. Relaxation in qualification may be considered for exceptionally good candidates. Familiarity with numerically intensive scientifically oriented computing platforms can be an advantage.
