Educational Qualification:(i) Master’s Degree in Economics / Law/ Commerce/ Management / Accounts /Finance with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. (ii) Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Finance.
Pay Scale:Rs. 17.8 lakh per annum approx.
Age Limit:55 years.

Joint Secretary (Law)/ Director (Law)
Educational Qualification:Joint Secretary (Law): Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination and awarded Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent-full time degree) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes. The degree should also enjoy recognition by the Bar Council of India. Director (Law): Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination and awarded Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent-full time degree) from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes. The degree should also be recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Pay Scale:(PB-4) Rs 37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs. 10000/-, Rs.8700/-
Age Limit:45 years.
