Candidates Should have Passed Minimum of a Graduation degree in any stream or a diploma in civil engineering from government/ recognized institute with a minimum of second division Computer proficiency is a must Excellent grasp of English language.
A minimum of a ten years supervisory experience in various maintenance works and housekeeping capacities. Preference will be given to the candidates with suitable estate management experience or can prepare estimate/execute for addition and alterations in buildings
