As Per Rules.
a. Master degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 55% marks. b. Diploma/ceritifcate in journalism and mass communication/ public relation/ media from a recognized university or government institution.
At least, 5 years of experience in Advertising, press relations, public relations, media management. Those working in higher education institutions shall be preferred. Desirable: Working knowledge of computers with content writing skills for press releases and ads, Media relations in print & digital publications, electronic channels etc.
