Ph.D. with a Masters Degree with at least 55% in i) Persian/Urdu (ii) Hindi (iii) Modern Indian History (iv) Geography and at least 5 years of research/teaching experience. Preferential Qualifications : Experience of Data Collection from Archives, Libraries and Newspapers; translation from Hindi to English/Persian or Urdu to English/Hindi along with editing experience; making of maps.
