Good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade at the Master’s Degree level from an Indian University, or/an equivalent degree from a foreign university. Besides the above, candidates should have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC/CSIR. However, the candidates having a Ph.D. degree are exempted from NET. Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of computers.
