Candidate should have first class or equivalent GPA in the Qualifying Degree (In case class is not mentioned in the degree certificate, 60% or 7.0 CGPA will be considered as first class). Qualifying Degree: M.Sc./M.Sc. Tech in Geology / Applied Geology / Geoinformatics or Integrated M.Sc./M.Sc. Tech./M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/Geological Technology. OR M.Tech in Remote Sensing/Remote Sensing and GIS/Geoinformatics. OR B. Tech/M. Tech in Civil Engg. Prior experience of handling remote sensing/GIS software, computer programming and basic knowledge of hydrology is desirable.
