Project Scientist

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation or Masters Degree in Physics, Electronics, Instrumentation,Geophysics(Meteorology) from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 60% marks.

Pay Scale: Rs. 49,000-68,000/- + HRA.

Age Limit:35 years, 40 years, 50 years.

Visiting Scientist

Educational Qualification:Ph.D degree with vast research experience (more than 25 years) in the area of Dendroclimate (tree-ring) studies and past climate reconstructions. The candidate should have long experience in field campaigns, collection of climate proxy samples, laboratory measurements and analysis of past climatic variations.

Pay Scale: Rs.50,000/- Per Month.

Age Limit: 65 years.

Educational Qualification:M.Sc. (Physics/ Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/Geophysics(Meteorology) from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 60% of marks. Minimum 1 year of research experience. Experience in installation, operation and maintenance of sensors for GHG measurement, Handling of equipment that works on CRDS/ICOS Technology. Experience in analysis of stable isotopes

Pay Scale:Rs.29200/- Per Month.

Educational Qualification:Master’s degree in any stream from a recognized university preferably in the field of Earth Sciences. Good knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and Computer operation. At least 10 years’ experience in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies in the project management the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- or above..

Pay Scale: Rs. 68000/- + HRA.

Pay Scale:Rs. 75000/- including HRA
