Job Description: Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar) invites applications for recruitment of Medical Officer in Rupnagar. Last date for application is 22nd April 2016.

Senior Medical Officer - 01
Educational Qualification:MBBS with 55% aggregate, recognized by Medical Council of India, followed by Post Graduate degree in Medicine like MBBS with MD (Medicine) / DNB (Medicine) with 3 years experience following Post Graduate Degree. Post Graduate qualification may be relaxed in the case of retired Medical Officers from the Defense Services with over 15 years experience. Desirable: i) Diploma / MD /MS preferably in medicine, chest diseases, pediatrics, Obst. & Gynae and family medicine. (ii) The work experience should be in a medical college or large Govt./private hospital.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Age Limit:50 years.
Medical Officer - 01
Educational Qualification:MBBS Including completion of compulsory Rotatory internship followed by at least 03 years of experience in a recognized hospital. OR Postgraduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus, at least, one year experience in a recognized hospital. OR M.D. Or M.S. in an appropriate Branch of Medicine. Desirable: (i) Diploma / MD /MS preferably in medicine, chest diseases, pediatrics, Obst. & Gynae and family medicine. (ii) The work experience should be in a medical college or large Govt./ private hospital.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Age Limit:50 years.
