Candidate should have Master degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations or similar specializations from a recognized university and minimum of three years relevant experience in a National Daily newspaper or Television channel or publicity organization of government or public undertaking or university. Desirable Qualification:- a) Experience in Editing/Publishing house Journals/ Newsletters. b) Experience in independent reporting/preparing press release of seminars/ symposia/conferences of academic / Research Institutions. c) Working knowledge of Newspapers / Magazines. d) Experience of Office Management. e) Working knowledge in Computer preferably Desktop Publishing. f) Knowledge of Modern Methods of Mass Communication.
