Candidates Should have Passed BE/B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics and related disciplines with a valid GATE
score and knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent. Working knowledge of Technology CAD tools like Synopsis Sentaurus/Silivaco is required. Experience in LINUX operating system is desired.
