Indian Institute of Technology-Banaras Hindu University (IIT-BHU) invites applications for recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Scientist in Varanasi. Last date for application is 4th March 2016.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Educational Qualification:M.Sc/M.Tech in Physics/Applied Physics with first division or equivalent CGPA + NET/GATE. Desirable: Good Knowledge in the area of the project and computer programming
Pay Scale:Rs. 25,000/- p.m. (Ist & IInd Year) + Rs.28,000/- p.m (3rd year)
Age Limit:28 years.
Scientist
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. in Applied Physics/Physics/Atmospheric Science/Planetary Physics with a minimum of first class in M.Sc. or post graduate in the above mentioned discipline. Desirable: 03 years of research experience after award of his/her Ph.D. degree with experience of research in the area of project and computer application for good numerical coding skills will be preferred.
Pay Scale:Rs. 40,000/- p.m. + 20% HRA
Age Limit:50 years.
