Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) invites applications for recruitment of Professor/Additional Director, Associate Professor/Joint Director, Assistant Professor/Deputy Director, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Technical Assistant in Mumbai. Last date for application is 24th June 2016.
Professor/Additional Director - 01
Educational Qualification:PhD. Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching / industry / research in related subjects; OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology/Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 15 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subjects. Experience will be counted in teaching subjects related to Packaging/working in packaging or package user industry/organizations dealing packaging development, research, standardization etc . Desirable: Possession of PG Diploma in packaging..
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.8900/-

Associate Professor/Joint Director - 02
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 6 years experience in teaching / industry / research in related subjects; OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology/Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subjects. Experience will be counted in teaching subjects related to Packaging/working in packaging or package user industry/organizations dealing packaging development, research, standardization etc. Desirable: Possession of PG Diploma in packaging.
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.8900/-

Assistant Professor/Deputy Director - 01
Educational Qualification:Masters degree in Science/Applied Sciences or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the field related to packaging. The candidate should have at least 8 years experience in industry/training/testing/consultancy etc. OR Graduate in Science/Applied Sciences + PG Diploma in Packaging with at least 10 years industrial experience preferably in a packaging related industry/testing /training/consultancy etc.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:40 years.
Secretary - 01
Educational Qualification:Law Graduate having at least 10 years experience of administering/implementing Company Law, HR, Procurement, legal matters etc. Proficiency in computer operations. Desirable: Certificate in Company Secretary’s course.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:50 years.
Assistant Secretary - 01
Educational Qualification:Graduation from a reputed Institution /University and a Law Graduate (or an integrated law course after senior secondary education) having at least 8 years experience of administering/ implementing Company Law, HR, Procurement, legal cases etc. Proficiency in computer operations is desirable. Qualified Company Secretary would be preferred.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:40 years.
Technical Assistant - 05
Educational Qualification:Graduate in Science/Applied Sciences in the subjects related to packaging with proficiency in computer operations and having three year experience in packaging operations or in a R& D Laboratory related to packaging.
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Age Limit:30 years.
