Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) invites applications for recruitment of Professor / Additional Director, Associate Professor/Joint Director, Deputy Director (Tech)/Assistant Professor, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Clerk in Mumbai. Last date for application is 22nd April 2016.
Professor / Additional Director - 01
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. Degree in Engineering/Technology/ Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching / industry / research in related subjects; OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Technology/Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 15 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subjects. Experience will be counted in teaching subjects related to Packaging/working in packaging or package user industry/organizations dealing packaging development, research, standardization etc Desirable: Possession of PG Diploma in packaging.
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs. 8900/-

Associate Professor/Joint Director - 02
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. Degree in Engineering/Technology/ Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 6 years experience in teaching /industry / research in related subjects; OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Technology/Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subjects. Experience will be counted in teaching subjects related to Packaging/working in packaging or package user industry/organizations dealing packaging development , research, standardization etc. Desirable: Possession of PG Diploma in packaging.
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-

Deputy Director (Tech)/Assistant Professor - 01
Educational Qualification:Masters degree in Science/Applied Sciences or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the field related to packaging. The candidate should have at least 8 years experience in industry/training/testing/consultancy etc. OR Graduate in Science/Applied Sciences + PG Diploma in Packaging with at least 10 years industrial experience preferably in a packaging related industry/testing /training/consultancy etc.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Age Limit:40 years.
Secretary - 01
Educational Qualification:Law Graduate having at least 10 years experience of administering /implementing Company Law, HR, Procurement, legal matters etc. Proficiency in computer operations. Desirable:Certificate in Company Secretary’s course.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Age Limit:50 years.
Assistant Secretary - 01
Educational Qualification:Law Graduate having at least 8 years experience of Administering/implementing Company Law, HR, Procurement, legal matters etc. Proficiency in computer operations is desirable. Desirable: Certificate in Company Secretary’s course
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Age Limit:40 years.
Clerk - 01
Educational Qualification:Graduate possessing elementary knowledge of computer operations and having proficiency in typing at the speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computers. Commerce graduate with Tally ERP background will be given preference.
Pay Scale:Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Age Limit:30 years.
