Job Description: Indian Institute of Management Ranchi (IIM Ranchi) invites applications for recruitment of Faculty Positions in Ranchi. Last date for application is 26th May 2016.

Professor
Experience:Minimum of 10 years’ teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IIMs, IITs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution of comparable standards as may be so decided by the Institute.
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree in appropriate branch, with consistently good academic record, and commensurate publications/publication potential. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved autonomous institutions (wherever applicable). The courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved / recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Pay Scale:(PB-4) Rs.37,400-67,000 + Academic Grade Pay Rs.10,500/-
Age Limit:as per rules.
Associate Professor
Experience:Minimum of 6 years’ teaching/research/Industry (Officer Level) experience, of which at least three years’ should be at the level of Assistant professor or equivalent.
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree in appropriate branch, with consistently good academic record, and commensurate publications/publication potential. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved autonomous institutions (wherever applicable). The courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved / recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Pay Scale:(PB-4) Rs.37,400-67,000 + Academic Grade Pay Rs.9,500/-
Age Limit:as per rules.
Assistant Professor
Experience:Minimum 3 years’ teaching / research / industry (Officer Level) experience. Those who have submitted / are about to submit Ph.D. thesis or with shortfall in experience can apply for appointment as Assistant Professor on Contract.
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree in appropriate branch, with consistently good academic record, and commensurate publications/publication potential. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved autonomous institutions (wherever applicable). The courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved / recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15,600-39,100 + Academic Grade Pay Rs.6,000/-
