Job Description: Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) invites applications for recruitment of Private Secretary to Director, Academic Assistant to Director, Programme Associate in Lucknow. Last date for application is 23rd February 2016.

Private Secretary to Director - 01
Educational Qualification:Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks & shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m& typing speed (English) of 35 w.p.m in computer and with minimum 8 years relevant experience in Central/State Govt. offices/University/ Autonomous organizations/ PSUs/reputed commercial organizations out of which 5 years as Personal Assistant or equivalent Secretarial position in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- or equivalent. Candidate must be proficient in computer office applications and Secretariat practices. The incumbent should have command over spoken and written English along with drafting skills.
Pay Scale:Rs.40,000/- (all inclusive) per month.
Age Limit:below 50 years.
Academic Assistant to Director - 01
Educational Qualification:First class Masters Degree in Psychology with excellent communication in verbal and written English. Atleast 3 years experience in handling academic/technical matters of faculty/scientists /Head of Organisation/Senior Officers etc.
Pay Scale:Rs.25,000/- (all inclusive) per month.
Age Limit:below 40 years.
Programme Associate - 01
Educational Qualification:MBA/PG in any discipline, with at least 4 years of experience preferably in educational institute. Good knowledge of internet & MS Office (Word, Excel &Access). Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). The incumbent will be responsible for supporting, planning and implement smooth functioning of Management Development Programme of the Institute.
Pay Scale:Rs.25,000/- (all inclusive) per month.
Age Limit:below 35 years.
