Finance: PGP in Management / MBA (with Finance Focus) OR Post Graduate (Economics (focus on Financial Economics) / Finance/ Commerce) OR CA/CS/CFA/FRM or other relevant professional qualification. OB-HR: Postgraduate in any social science subject with first class OR MBA. Operations & Decision Sciences: PG, preferably in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering. Good academic background, including PhD in relevant area from a reputed institution will be given preference
