Experience:Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience out of which five years should be in senior positions in a reputed institution or corporation. Excellent organizing skills, high performance/team orientation, ability to make continuous systemic improvements, and communication skills & presentation abilities to interface with mid-level and senior executives from corporate world would be attributed.

Educational Qualification:Candidates should have Post-graduate qualification with excellent computer and communication skills. Experience in structuring, managing and administering academic programmes in reputed institutes will be preferred.

Pay Scale:Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode, which may be extended for further period as required.

Age Limit:above 40 years.

Head - HR

Educational Qualification:Master Degree/MBA/equivalent with specialization in Finance with at least 10 years of experience. The experience of heading Finance & Accounts function at senior management level for at least five years. Should have proven track record. Knowledge and experience of Govt./PSU/Central Autonomous body’s accounts preferred. Should be a team player who can instill confidence and establish high-performance levels. Should have excellent networking abilities.

Academic Associates

Educational Qualification:First class post graduates (2 years) in the relevant field with about three years’ experience either in academics or industry, M.Phil. with two years’ experience or Ph.D. with or without experience. Candidates with qualifications like ACA, AICWA, M.Tech. or B.Tech./BE/MCA/MBBS/MPH/DPH/MSW/Ph.D. in Information Systems, MBA with specialization in Marketing / Finance / Business Policy/HRM/Health, Public Policy, Public Administration with adequate experience will also be eligible.

Pay Scale:Rs. 25,000-37,000/- Per Month

Age Limit:below 30 years.
