Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) invites applications for recruitment of Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Technical/Field Assistant, Research Fellow, Enumerator, Technical Assistant, Office Assistant, Semi Skilled Assistant, Project Fellow, Skilled Person, Skilled Assistant, Skilled Helper, Skilled Workers, Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Bangalore. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - 07
Educational Qualification:Master’s degree in Horticulture (Fruit Science) / Genetics & Plant Breeding /Plant Pathology /Biotechnology from recognized SAU / ICAR Institute with 4/5 years Bachelor’s degree OR Master’s degree in Horticulture (Fruit Science) / Genetics & Plant Breeding / Plant Pathology / Biotechnology from recognized SAU / ICAR with 3 years Bachelor’s degree in Basic Sciences and should have NET qualification Desirable: Relevant working experience in ICAR Institutes of SAUs, with research knowledge in conventional and molecular plant breeding, computer application, morphological & molecular data analysis, good writing and communication skills.
Pay Scale:Rs.25,000/-PM + HRA for first two years and Rs.28,000/- PM + HRA third year Onwards for NET qualified, 3yrs Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master degree holders Or Professional Post graduate degree or Ph.D Holder
Age Limit:35 years for men & 40 years for women.
Technical/Field Assistant - 03
Educational Qualification:Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Biological sciences/ Vocational (Agril)/ Diploma in Agriculture or Polytechnic Desirable: Experience of working in relevant field
Pay Scale:Rs.10,000/-PM
Age Limit:21-40 years.
Research Fellow - 01
Educational Qualification:M.Sc Microbiology Desirable: Experience in Microbial control of pests
Pay Scale:Rs.15,000/-PM
Age Limit:21-40 years.
Enumerator - 01
Educational Qualification:B.Sc with knowledge in the Horticulture Desirable: Experience in survey work & knowledge in the Horticulture.

Educational Qualification:B.Sc. in Horticulture/ Agriculture/Botany Desirable: Knowledge of Computers.

Skilled Person - 01
Educational Qualification:SSLC Desirable: Experience in Vegetable Crop Production/Crossing Techniques/ Field Work/ Assisting in Recording observations etc. JOC preferred
