Agricultural Process/ Food Process Engineering: Doctoral Degree in Post Harvest Technology / Food Technology / Food Engineering or Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering / Chemical Engineering specialized in Food Process Engineering. Biochemistry: Doctoral Degree in Bio-Chemistry or Similar qualification preferably with academic work pertaining to Food Processing.
(i) 10 years experience in a Research / Teaching / Extension education provided 3 years experience is as a Associate Professor GP Rs.9,000/- (Rs.12,000-18,300) or in an equivalent position. (ii) Evidence of contribution to Research / Teaching / Extension education as supported by published work / innovations. (iii) Specialization in the post harvest technology.
