(a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department; or (ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Pay Scale Level 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre/department: and (b) Possessing three years’ experience in indenting, purchase of Technical stores and stores account.
