As per the rules & regulations of DST
Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed (SCI) journal. A Ph.D. (or master’s degree plus 3 years experience) in public health/health management/hospital administration/information technology/other relevant area is preferred. Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Preferred: A postgraduate degree in health-related discipline with experience in: use of technology to collect field-based data; working with healthcare providers; working with patients with diabetes or cardiovascular disease or any other chronic condition; household survey data collection; working with large datasets; familiarity with using data management software; conducting statistical analysis of epidemiological data using STATA or similar software; and writing research proposals. Fluency in Gujarati and/or any other Indian language would be a great strength.
