Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Educational Qualification:M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with minimum two year of experience, B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with GATEand 2 years of research experience, Previous research experience in MEMS, cleanroom processing will be preferred.
Pay Scale: Rs.28000/- p.m. + HRA

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering with GATE and 1 year of research experience. Requirement: Knowledge and practical experience of designing analog and digital circuits particularly for the instrumentation, embedded systems, PCB layout design and testing/debugging of electronic boards and systems.
Pay Scale:Rs.25000/- p.m. + HRA
