Job Description: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) invites applications for recruitment of Senior Project Technical Assistant (SPTA), Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Project Research Assistant (PRA), Project Engineer (PE) in Mumbai. Senior Project Technical Assistant (SPTA) - 02
Educational Qualification:BE/BTech in Electronics from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level. Minimum two years of experience in handling analytical instrument with minimum 6 months experience in operating confocal/fluorescence microscope with knowledge of image processing software is a must. The degree and specialization mentioned above are only eligible for the post.
Pay Scale:Rs.30000 - 42000/- p.m.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 04
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Courses with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course Candidates with following background will be considered: Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Environmental Engg., Biochemistry,Material Science.
Pay Scale:Rs.25000/- p.m.

Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - 02
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Courses with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course. 2 years of research experience is required. Candidates with background in Biotechnology, Biophysics, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science with a strong interest in computational and theoretical biology should apply.
Pay Scale:Rs.18000/- p.m.

Project Engineer (PE) - 03
Educational Qualification:B.Tech/BE/MA/M.Sc/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience. Experience in Java, Python frameworks, WebTechnology, UX Design, Android application development. Subject: Computer Science & Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, speech & Language Technology.
Pay Scale:Rs.40000 - 56000/- p.m.
Age Limit:as per rules.
Project Research Assistant (PRA) - 02
Educational Qualification:M.A. in Hindi; B.Ed. (Hindi) preferable, Experience in language technology will be an advantage.
Pay Scale:Rs.30000 - 42000/- p.m.
