Rs. 25000/- per month
A Master’s degree (M.Sc. or M.Tech. or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering with 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5. A valid qualification of GATE/CSIR-JRF/UGCJRF/JEST/INSPIRE-PhD or any other national level Ph.D. entrance test or fellowship will be preferred. However, the latter requirement may be relaxed in case of an extraordinary candidate with a reduced fellowship as per applicable rules. Desirable: Strong background in microelectronics including a good understanding of MOS device physics and a working knowledge of MATLAB/Python is strongly desirable.
