Indian Institute Of Information Technology And Management Kerala (IIITM Kerala) invites applications for recruitment of Database Administrator in Thiruvananthapuram . Last date for application is 9th March 2017. Vacancy Circular No: IIITMK/0470/17
Rs.30,000/- to Rs. 34,000 per month (Consolidated) based on qualification and experience.
Candidates Should have M.Tech/B.Tech in any branch of engineering, MCA, MSc Computer Science/IT or related areas. Desirable: Industry recognized certification in Database Administration related areas.
Minimum five years of work experience as Database Administrator and/or in Systems Administration. Experience in SQL is a must. Expertise/Skills: Database administrator with experience in installing, configuring, supporting, and upgrading database. Database migration, security, backup and recovery, experience in performing Root Cause Analysis for complex database and application issues, performance, best practices, maintenance, engines, replication, writing database documentation, including data standards and procedures. Good hands on experience with Unix and Linux environments are desirable.
