Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) invites applications for recruitment of Medical Officer, Assistant Engineer, Professor, Assistant Professor, Law Officer, Divisional Fire Officer/ Fire Prevention Officer in Shimla. Last date for application is 21st June 2016.
Medical Officer - 50
Educational Qualification: (i) Recognized Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the third schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:45 years and below.
Assistant Engineer - 17
Educational Qualification:Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from an Institution / University duly recognized by the Central / State Government. Desirable Qualification:- Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:45 years and below.
Professor - 05
Educational Qualification:BE/B.Tech. and ME/M.Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D. publication and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable. If a class/division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/ division
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Rdae Pay Rs.10000/-
Age Limit:45 years and below.
Assistant Professor - 12
Educational Qualification:BE / B.Tech. and ME / M.Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with first class or equivalent either in BE / B.Tech. or ME / M.Tech.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Rdae Pay Rs.6000/-
Age Limit:45 years and below.
Law Officer - 01
Educational Qualification:Should possess a professional degree in Law or its equivalent from any recognized University in India with 3 years experience as a practicing advocate or 5 years experience while working in a Govt. / Semi Govt. Institution. Desirable Qualification:- Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of H.P. and suitability for appointment in peculiar conditions prevailing in the state.
Pay Scale:Rs.10300-34800 + Rdae Pay Rs.4400/-
Age Limit:45 years and below.
Divisional Fire Officer/ Fire Prevention Officer - 01
Educational Qualification:1. B.E. (Fire Engineering) Degree from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur. Or (i) At least graduate from a recognized University or its equivalent and should have passed Divisional Officer’s course from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur. (ii) Should have served as Station Fire Officer at least 3 years run by the State Govt. /Central Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking/ Municipal Committees.
Pay Scale:Rs.10300-34800 + Rdae Pay Rs.4200/-
Age Limit:45 years and below.
