(a) Candidate must be a citizen of India. (b) Candidate must be a holder of a degree in law, granted by a University established by law in India. (c) Candidate must have attained the age of thirty-five years and not attained the age of forty-five years, as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications i.e. 05th June 2017. (d) Candidate must be able to communicate in Nepali or any other language of the State. (e) Candidate must have practiced as an advocate in any Court in India for a period of not less than 7 years as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications. (f) Candidate must have adequate knowledge of Computers.

The last date of receipt of application is 05.06.2017 at 4.30 p.m. The application shall be accompanied by attested copies of the following testimonials and three passport size photographs. (i) Certificate of Educational Qualification, i.e. graduation degree and a degree in law including Certificates of Class X & XII. (ii) Enrollment Certificate as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961. (iii) Proof of date of birth. (iv) Certificate of Experience at the Bar, issued by the concerned District & Sessions Judge or President/General Secretary of the concerned Bar Association.
