Educational Qualification:Graduate and Associate/Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Desirable Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized University.

Pay Scale:Rs.43,200-3%-66,000/- Per Month / Rs.36,600-3%-62,000/- Per Month

Age Limit:52 years / 48 years.

Additional General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary)

Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work. Desirable Qualification: For the post of GM, Graduate in Engineering with Degree / Diploma course in Labour Laws / Training & Development OR LL.B / B.L. For the post of AGM, Diploma / Degree course in Labour Laws or LL.B / B.L (or) with Graduate in Engineering.

Pay Scale: Rs.36,600-3%-62,000/- Per Month

Age Limit: 48 (AGM) / 44 (DGM) years for UR.

Desirable Qualification: Any Higher Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution in Safety Engineering/ Industrial Safety. Working knowledge of languages including Hindi, Marathi/Konkani.
