Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) invites applications for recruitment of Medical Officer, Junior Consultants, Assistant Director (Marathi), Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) in Panaji. Last date for application is 24th June 2016.
Medical Officer for Anti Retroviral Therapy Centre - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from a recognised University/Institution. (ii) Trained by National AIDS Control Organization (N.A.C.O.) at one of National AIDS Control Organization designated training centres. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale:Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Junior Consultants - 08
Educational Qualification:(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale:Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Assistant Director (Marathi) - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Masters Degree in Marathi from a recognised University with at least second class. (ii) At least two years experience in translation from Marathi to English and vice versa. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Teaching experience. (ii) Masters Degree in Konkani.
Pay Scale:Rs.9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs.4,600/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, South - 01
Educational Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences from a recognised University. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Two years experience in Krishi Vigyan Kendra. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale:Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
