Goa Public Service Commission (Goa PSC) invites applications for recruitment of Assistant Lecturer, Junior Surgeon, Junior ENT Surgeon, Scientific Assistant, Assistant Director, Senior Translator, Subject Matter Specialist, Farm Manager in Panaji. Last date for application is 28th January 2016.
Assistant Lecturer in Paediatrics - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Registered for Post-Graduate Degree in concerned speciality. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Junior Surgeon - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In the case of Diploma holders, Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Junior ENT Surgeon - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree/diploma qualifications in the speciality concerned. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Scientific Assistant in Forensic Science Laboratory (Polygraphy) - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Master’s Degree in Science/Master’s Degree in Arts, with at least second class from a recognised University with specialization in the discipline of Psychology and (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Should be Computer literate. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Assistant Director (Marathi) - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Masters Degree in Marathi from a recognised University with at least second class. (ii) At least two years experience in translation from Marathi to English and vice versa. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Teaching experience. (ii) Masters Degree in Konkani.
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 40 years.
Senior Translator (Konkani) - 03
Educational Qualification:(i) Post Graduate Degree in Konkani from a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) At least five years experience in translation from Konkani to English and vice versa. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Senior Translator (Marathi) - 03
Educational Qualification:(i) Post Graduate Degree in Marathi from a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) At least five years experience in translation from Marathi to English and vice versa. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Mamlatdar/Jt. Mamlatdar/Assistant Director of Civil Supplies - 02
Educational Qualification:(i) Degree in Law of a recognised University. (ii) Knowledge of local revenue laws, laws governing maintenance of law and order, planning and development works and public distribution system. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, South - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Master’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences from a recognised University. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Two years experience in Krishi Vigyan Kendra. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Farm Manager at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, South - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Marathi. (ii) Three years experience in Agriculture/Horticulture.
