B.Sc./ B.Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture/ Life Science with at least second division from a recognised university. M.Sc./M.Tech. in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Food and Nutrition with minimum OCPA 6.5/10 or 65 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent. Knowledge of Punjabi up to metric level. Desirable Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience in related areas, exposure to basics of dairy product quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipment and statistical analysis
