Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) invites applications for recruitment of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Controller of Production, Digital Colourist in Pune. Last date for application is 17th March 2016.
Professor - 04
Educational Qualification:Degree of a recognized University; Degree or Diploma or equivalent in Concerned subject from a recognized University or Institution; At least 6 years’ professional experience including teaching in an organization or institution of repute. OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University; At least 8 years professional experience including teaching in an organization or institution of repute. OR Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; At least 10 years professional experience including teaching in an organization or institution of repute. Candidates are required to produce evidence of professional work done. b) Desirable: Good knowledge of Film and TV medium in India and abroad.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
Age Limit:65 years.
Associate Professor - 04
Educational Qualification:Degree from a recognized University; Degree or Diploma or equivalent in concerned subject from a recognized University or Institution; At least 4 years’ professional experience of teaching in concerned subject in an institution or organization of repute. OR Master’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; At least 6 years’ professional experience in a concerned subject including experience of teaching in an institution or organization of repute. OR Degree of a recognized University or equivalent At least 8 years’ professional experience in a concerned subject including experience of teaching in an institution or organization of repute. Candidates are required to produce evidence of professional work done. b) Desirable: Teaching experience
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:65 years.
Assistant Professor - 10
Educational Qualification:Degree of a recognized University; Degree or Diploma or equivalent in concerned subject from a recognized University or Institution; At least 2 years’ professional experience including teaching in concerned subject in an organization or institution of repute. OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University; At least 4 years’ professional experience including teaching in concerned subject in an organization or institution of repute. OR Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; At least 5 years’ professional experience including teaching in concerned subject in an organization or institution of repute.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:65 years.
Controller of Production - 01
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor Degree from recognized university. ii) Degree / Diploma in Film & TV Direction / Production Management from recognized university/ Institute. iii) Four years experience as Executive Producer / Line Producer / Controller of production in Film & TV Production. OR Minimum Seven years experience in the capacity of production manager, production controller in Film & TV Production.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:55 years.
Digital Colorist - 01
Educational Qualification:3 year Degree or Diploma in Film making / Film processing from FTII, SRFTII, FTIT (Chennai). Desirable: 10 years experience as a Digital Colourist / grader in a commercial film Lab or Digital Post Production firm.
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit:55 years.
